This blend of practical experience and academic achievement positions her as a leader in the healthcare field.

Driven by a deep compassion for the health and wellness of the elderly and disabled, Kimberly dedicates herself to enhancing their quality of life. Lafayette Charleston is a dedicated professional whose extensive background spans both home healthcare and aviation safety. As the owner and CEO of a home healthcare agency in Aston, PA, he merges his expertise in healthcare management with a genuine commitment to quality patient care. With a distinguished military career in the United States Air Force, Lafayette developed and implemented critical training programs focused on aircrew survival equipment and safety protocols. His time as an Aircrew Flight Equipment Technician and Superintendent for foreign military forces in the Middle East allowed him to hone his technical skills and leadership abilities. This diverse experience enriches his approach to healthcare, where he emphasizes safety, training, and effective communication.

A passionate advocate for safety and compliance, Lafayette holds numerous certifications, including being a CPR instructor with the American Red Cross and various aviation safety credentials. His educational background, featuring a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Philadelphia University, empowers him to effectively blend business strategies with his technical expertise.
